From the Centro Histórico, head to the nearest bus terminal, such as Terminal de Autobuses de Pasajeros de Pasito or Terminal de Autobuses de Pasajeros de Pasito. Look for a bus that goes to Magdalena Contreras. Once you arrive in Magdalena Contreras, ask for directions to Avenida Oaxaca. It's a short walk from the bus stop to the monument, which is located at Av. Oaxaca MZ21 LT11.
