Authentic Tortilla & Salsa Workshop From Corn to Quesadilla

More than just cooking

I went into Mexicanitzimo expecting a simple cooking lesson, but I left with a huge appreciation for the history of Mexican cuisine. The tortilla workshop is fantastic. The hosts break down the science and tradition behind the corn in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and full of laughter. It’s a great break from just walking around looking at sites; here, you actually get your hands dirty and create something. Plus, enjoying the fruits of your labor at the end with the group was a highlight. A solid 10/10 experience.

Not the standard mass tour operator!

Not the standard Mass tour operator! Pablo even went to Basilica even though we forgot to book that part of the tour. Knowledgable, in for a laugh and super helpful! Don’t go any further.
