Metro
If you're near a Metro station, take Line 2 (Blue Line) towards Tasqueña. Get off at the Bellas Artes station. From Bellas Artes, exit the station and walk towards Av. 16 de Septiembre. Continue straight until you reach Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas. Turn left and walk until you reach República de El Salvador. The Miguel Lerdo de Tejada Library will be at number 49 on your right.
Bus
Look for the RTP (Red de Transporte de Pasajeros) bus stops nearby. You can take bus number 8 or 12. Get off at the stop called 'Bellas Artes'. From there, walk towards Av. 16 de Septiembre and then turn left on Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas. Walk straight until you reach República de El Salvador, and the library will be at number 49.
Walking
If you are in the Centro Histórico, you can walk to the library. Locate your position in relation to the Zócalo (the main square). Head east towards the Bellas Artes area. Walk along Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas until you reach República de El Salvador, then turn right. Continue to number 49 where the Miguel Lerdo de Tejada Library is located.
