    If you are already in Centro Historico, head towards Av. 16 de Septiembre. Walk east along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Calle 5 de Febrero.     You can take the Trolebus, which is a convenient way to reach the Plaza. Board the Trolebus at any nearby stop in Centro Historico that serves the Eje Central line.
