Continue on this road for about 50 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Carretera Costera 200. Turn left onto Carretera Costera 200 and follow the signs to Chacahua. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will see signs for Parque Nacional Lagunas de Chacahua. Follow the road until you reach the park entrance. Be prepared for a small parking fee, typically around 50 pesos.

To reach Parque Nacional Lagunas de Chacahua using public transportation, catch a bus from Oaxaca to Puerto Escondido. Buses depart frequently from the Oaxaca Central de Autobuses. Once you arrive at Puerto Escondido, take a local taxi or colectivo (shared taxi) to the town of Chacahua, which is about a 30-minute ride.
