Walking
If you are in the Centro area, start by heading towards Avenida Constitución. This main avenue runs through the heart of Centro. Walk east until you reach the intersection with Avenida Morelos. Turn right onto Avenida Morelos and continue until you reach Parque Fundidora. From there, you can enter the park and follow the signs leading to Paseo Santa Lucía, which is located at Avenida Fundidora y Adolfo Prieto. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.
Public Transport - Metro
If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take the Metro. Head to the nearest Metro station, which is 'Ecuador' on Line 1. Board the train towards 'San Nicolás'. Get off at the 'General Anaya' station. From there, exit the station and walk south towards Avenida Fundidora. Follow Avenida Fundidora for about 10 minutes until you reach Paseo Santa Lucía. The Metro fare is approximately 5 pesos.
Public Transport - Bus
You can also take a bus to reach Paseo Santa Lucía. Look for a bus heading towards Parque Fundidora or Centro Histórico. You can catch these buses at various points in Centro. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at Parque Fundidora. Once you get off, walk towards the park entrance, and follow the signs to Paseo Santa Lucía. The bus fare is around 10 pesos.
