If you are starting from the Zócalo (the main square), head northwest on Calle de Alcalá, the main pedestrian street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Av. Juárez. Turn right onto Av. Juárez and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Av. Periférico. Turn left onto Av. Periférico, and after a short walk (about 5 minutes), you will see Food Market Square on your right.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From the Zócalo, walk to the nearest bus stop on Av. Juárez. Take a bus that goes towards Periférico (look for routes that mention 'Periférico' or 'Cosijoeza'). The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Av. Periférico, then walk a short distance (about 5 minutes) to Food Market Square, which will be on your right.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Zócalo and head northwest on Calle de Alcalá. Continue onto Av. Juárez and follow it until you reach the intersection with Av. Periférico.
