Walking
If you are in the Zócalo (main square) of Oaxaca, start by heading south on Calle de Francisco I. Madero. Continue walking straight until you reach Av. de la Independencia. Turn right on Av. de la Independencia and walk for about 5 minutes. You will see the Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Soledad on your left at Av. de la Independencia 107.
Public Transport - Bus
From the Zócalo, head to the nearest bus stop located on Calle 5 de Febrero. Take any bus heading towards 'Centro'. Inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Soledad'. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Once you get off, walk a short distance north on Av. de la Independencia to reach the basilica at Av. de la Independencia 107.
Taxi
You can easily find a taxi in the Zócalo area. Ask the driver to take you to 'Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Soledad' located on Av. de la Independencia 107. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.
