Bus
From Playa del Carmen, head to the ADO Bus terminal located at 5th Avenue and 12th Street. Purchase a ticket to Cancun. The buses are frequent and usually leave every 30 minutes. The journey to Cancun will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the ADO terminal in Cancun, exit the terminal.

After exiting the ADO terminal in Cancun, look for the public transport buses heading towards the Hotel Zone. You can take bus number 1 or 2, which are common routes for tourists.
