From the city center (Malecón), head to the nearest bus stop on Avenida México. Look for a blue and white bus marked 'Coapinole'. Board the bus, and notify the driver that you want to go to Parroquia San Antonio de Padua. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Alameda 537. From there, walk east towards Alameda 537, and you will see the church on your right.

Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Francisco Villa. Turn left onto Avenida Francisco Villa. After about 10 minutes, turn right onto Alameda. Walk for a few more minutes, and you will find the church at Alameda 537.
