If you are in the Zona Romantica area, start by heading north on C. Pino Suarez towards C. Olas Altas. Turn right onto C. Olas Altas, and continue walking until you reach C. Libertad. Turn left on C. Libertad, and then take a right onto C. Revolucion. Continue straight until you reach Public Plaza San Esteban, which will be on your left.

From the Malecon, catch any bus heading towards the north side of Puerto Vallarta. Ask the driver to let you off at 'C. Revolucion'. Once you get off, walk a short distance to your left, and you will find Public Plaza San Esteban at C. Revolucion s/n.

If you are staying near the Plaza Principal, head west on C. Morelos until you reach C. 31 de Octubre. Turn left and walk towards C. Revolucion, which is a few blocks ahead. Turn right onto C. Revolucion, and continue walking straight until you arrive at Public Plaza San Esteban.
