Bus
From Puerto Vallarta, head to the nearest bus terminal, which is located in the downtown area. Look for a bus heading to San Francisco (San Pancho). The bus ride takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in San Francisco, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, walk towards Av. Tercer Mundo, which is just a short 10-minute stroll. Follow the road until you reach the beach area, where Playa San Pancho is located.
Taxi
To get to Playa San Pancho by taxi, you can easily find one in Puerto Vallarta's downtown area. Just tell the driver you want to go to Playa San Pancho, located at Av. Tercer Mundo. The drive should take approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle in Puerto Vallarta and head north along the coastal road. Follow the scenic Highway 200, which runs parallel to the beach. This will take you directly to San Pancho. The ride is approximately 20 kilometers and should take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach San Francisco, find your way to Av. Tercer Mundo, and you will soon arrive at Playa San Pancho.
