Car
If you're driving, start by heading south on the main highway, Carretera Federal 307. You will drive through Playa del Carmen. Continue driving for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the Xcaret Park area. Look for the entrance to Xcaret Park on your right, which is located at Carretera, Chetumal-Cancun Km 282, Solidaridad, 77710 Playa del Carmen. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you can park your car in the designated parking area. There may be a parking fee, so be prepared with some cash.
Public Transportation (Colectivo)
To reach Delphinus Xcaret via public transport, find a 'colectivo' (shared van) that runs along the highway. You can catch one from various points in Playa del Carmen. Simply tell the driver you're going to Xcaret, and they will drop you off at the entrance. The cost is typically around 30-50 pesos. Once you arrive at the entrance of Xcaret Park, you will need to walk towards the Delphinus area, which is well-signposted within the park.
Public Transportation (Bus)
Alternatively, you can take an ADO bus from Playa del Carmen to Tulum or Cancun and get off at the Xcaret Park stop. These buses are comfortable and air-conditioned. The ticket price is about 40-60 pesos. After getting off, you will need to walk a short distance to the park entrance. Once there, follow the signs to Delphinus, which is located within Xcaret Park.
