Car
If you are driving from Playa del Carmen, take the Carretera Federal 307 heading north. Continue for about 68 km until you reach Cancún. As you approach Cancún, keep left to stay on Carretera Federal 307. Follow signs for Zona Hotelera. When you reach the hotel zone, turn left onto Blvd. Kukulcan and continue for about 2.5 km. The Explore Xcaret Xel Ha offices will be on your left at Blvd. Kukulcan Km 2.5. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that some areas may charge a parking fee.

Public Transportation
To reach Explore Xcaret Xel Ha offices from Playa del Carmen using public transportation, take a colectivo (shared van) from the main bus terminal. Colectivos to Cancún cost around 40 MXN per person and take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Cancún bus station, you can take a local bus (Ruta 1 or Ruta 2) from the station to the Zona Hotelera. The bus fare is approximately 12 MXN. Get off at the stop closest to Blvd. Kukulcan and walk about 5 minutes to reach the offices at Blvd. Kukulcan Km 2.5.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in the Riviera Maya to Explore Xcaret Xel Ha offices. From Playa del Carmen, a taxi ride will cost around 600-800 MXN and take approximately 50 minutes. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your trip. From Cancún city, a taxi will cost around 300-400 MXN and take about 20-30 minutes.
