Getting There

  • Walking

    From the main square, Plaza Principal, head northeast on Calle Umarán. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Recreo. Turn left onto Calle Recreo, and Centro Histórico will be on your right at Recreo 6. This walk is about 10-15 minutes.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Mercado de Artesanías, exit the market and walk south on Calle San Francisco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Recreo. Turn right onto Calle Recreo and walk for about 5 minutes. Centro Histórico will be at Recreo 6 on your left.

    Starting from Parque Juárez, exit the park and head southwest on Avenida Independencia. Continue until you reach Calle Recreo. Turn right onto Calle Recreo, and Centro Histórico will be located at Recreo 6, just a short walk down the street.
