To reach the Taos Art Museum at Fechin House from anywhere in Southeastern Mexico, first head to the nearest major highway. If you are in the vicinity of the US-Mexico border, you can start by driving north towards the nearest border crossing, such as the one at El Paso, Texas. Once you cross the border, continue on I-10 E towards Las Cruces. Then, take US-85 N towards Santa Teresa, NM. Proceed on US-85 N until you reach I-25 N and merge onto I-25 N. Follow I-25 N until you reach US-64 W. Take the exit for US-64 W and follow it until you arrive in Taos. Once in Taos, navigate to 227 Paseo Del Pueblo Norte, where the museum is located. Be aware of potential tolls along the highways, and ensure your vehicle is in good condition for the journey.

For those traveling by public transportation, start by finding a bus service that can take you from your location in Southeastern Mexico to a larger city in the United States, such as El Paso, Texas. From El Paso, you can take an Amtrak train to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Once in Albuquerque, transfer to a local bus service that can take you to Taos. The New Mexico Park and Ride offers service from various locations in Albuquerque to Taos. Upon arriving in Taos, you will need to walk or take a local taxi to 227 Paseo Del Pueblo Norte to reach the Taos Art Museum at Fechin House. Be sure to check the schedules and book your tickets in advance, as bus and train services may have limited availability.
