Start at the Taos Plaza and take the Taos Express bus service. The bus stop is located at the center of the Plaza. Board the bus heading towards the Taos Ski Valley. Make sure to check the schedule for the latest departure times. Ride the bus until you reach the Taos Ski Valley. From there, you will need to disembark and switch to a local shuttle service that provides rides to nearby hiking areas, including Canjilon RD. Confirm with the shuttle driver that they will take you to Canjilon RD.

Rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Taos. Start from the Taos Plaza and head north on Paseo del Pueblo Norte. Follow the signs toward the Taos Ski Valley.
