If you're driving from the coastal areas of Tamaulipas, head towards the town of Ciudad Madero. From there, take the highway 70D heading towards Tampico. Continue straight until you reach the exit for Ciudad Valles. Follow the signs to Ciudad Valles on the highway. Once in Ciudad Valles, continue south onto the Cd Valles - Tampico road (also known as Highway 85). You will pass through Vicente Guerrero. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Moralillo; your destination, Frontera Tamaulipas/Veracruz, will be located at the intersection of Cd Valles - Tampico and Vicente Guerrero. The entire drive should take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic conditions.
