From any point on the Tamaulipas Coast, head towards the main highway (Mex 180). Follow signs for Tampico until you reach the junction with Mex 85. Take Mex 85 towards Ciudad Victoria. Once in Ciudad Victoria, continue to follow signs for Mex 101 towards the coastal area. After approximately 150 km, you will reach the coastal town of San Fernando. From here, take the road towards the ferry terminal. The ferry to Isla Natividad departs from San Fernando, costing approximately 100 pesos per person. Ensure to check the ferry schedule ahead of time as it operates on specific hours.
