Get off at the City College station and transfer to the Orange Line. Finally, get off at the 12th & Imperial station. From there, walk about 15 minutes to reach the Botanical Building in Balboa Park. Follow 12th Avenue north, then turn left on Market Street, and head west until you reach 6th Avenue. Turn right on 6th Avenue, then left on El Prado, and the Botanical Building will be on your right.
