Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From anywhere in Tijuana, make your way to the nearest public bus stop. You can catch a bus heading towards 'El Chaparral' or 'Zona Centro'. Look for the buses with signs indicating they go to the border. Once you arrive at the border crossing, you will need to walk across the pedestrian bridge to enter the United States. After crossing, follow the signs to the San Ysidro Transit Center. From the transit center, take the 'MTS Blue Line' light rail towards 'America Plaza'. Get off at the 'Civic Center' station. From there, you can catch a bus or walk to the Coronado Ferry Center, which is located at 1201 1st St, Coronado, CA 92118.
