• Public Transport

  If you are in downtown Tijuana, take the Tijuana Trolebus Line 1 towards the border. Get off at the last stop at the border. Once you cross into the United States, you will be in San Ysidro. From there, take the San Diego Trolley Line Blue towards UCSD. Get off at the 'Mission Bay' station. From there, take bus number 30 towards La Jolla. Get off at the 'La Jolla Shores' stop. Walk towards 8300 Camino Del Oro, La Jolla, CA 92037, which is a short 5-minute walk.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  You can also opt for a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft from downtown Tijuana. Simply provide the driver with the address: 8300 Camino Del Oro, La Jolla, CA 92037. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to have your identification ready for border crossing.

• Walking

  If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, you can walk to the San Ysidro border crossing from downtown Tijuana. It's about a 30-40 minute walk. Once you cross the border into the United States, you can walk to the nearest trolley station and take the San Diego Trolley Line Blue towards UCSD, then transfer to bus number 30 as described above. Please ensure you have your passport and any necessary documents for crossing the border.
