    From your location in Tijuana, head to the Tijuana-San Diego border at San Ysidro. Once you cross the border, follow the signs to the Trolley station. Board the Blue Line Trolley heading north toward 'UTC.' Get off at the 'City College' station. From there, transfer to the Green Line Trolley and continue towards 'Santee Town Center.' Exit the Trolley at '5th Avenue' station. Walk east towards 1649 El Prado, which is located in Balboa Park. It will take approximately 10 minutes to walk there.
