Public Transportation (Trolley)

From your location in Tijuana, head to the Tijuana-San Diego border at San Ysidro. Once you cross the border, follow the signs to the Trolley station. Board the Blue Line Trolley heading north toward 'UTC.' Get off at the 'City College' station. From there, transfer to the Green Line Trolley and continue towards 'Santee Town Center.' Exit the Trolley at '5th Avenue' station. Walk east towards 1649 El Prado, which is located in Balboa Park. It will take approximately 10 minutes to walk there.
Taxi or Rideshare

If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or rideshare service from your location in Tijuana to the San Ysidro border crossing. After crossing the border, inform the driver to take you to 'Casa de Balboa' at 1649 El Prado, San Diego, CA 92101. The journey will take around 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.
Walking

If you feel adventurous and are close to the border, you can walk across the border at San Ysidro. After crossing, follow the signs to the Trolley station. From there, you can take the Trolley as described above, or choose to walk. If walking, head straight onto 5th Avenue, then turn right on El Prado. Casa de Balboa will be on your left after a 20-minute walk.
