Bicycle
If you're in the Tulum town center, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops. Once you have your bike, head down Avenida Tulum towards the coast and turn left on the Carretera Federal Tulum. Continue cycling for about 5 km until you reach km 233. Look for the sign for Parque Tankah on your right. The entrance is just off the main road.
Collective Taxi (Colectivo)
From the town center, walk to the colectivo station located on Avenida Tulum, near the junction with Calle Osiris. Look for a colectivo heading towards Playa del Carmen. Once you get on, inform the driver that you want to get off at Parque Tankah. The driver will drop you off at the entrance, which is around 5 km from the town center.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and up for a long walk, you can head from the town center towards the beach. Walk down Avenida Tulum until you reach the coast, then continue along the beach road until it merges back onto Carretera Federal Tulum. From the beach, head north on the road for about 5 km until you reach Parque Tankah at km 233. Be sure to keep hydrated and wear sunscreen!
