    If you're starting from Tulum town center, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many bike rental shops. Head south on Avenida Tulum until you reach the intersection with Avenida Coba. Turn left onto Avenida Coba and continue straight until you reach the coast. Once you reach the beach road (Carretera Tulum-Boca Paila), turn right and continue riding south. You'll pass several beautiful beaches and resorts. The Riviera Maya stretches along this coastal route, so you can stop at any point to enjoy the scenery or relax on the beach.

  • Public Transport (Collectivo)

    From Tulum town, make your way to the main collectivo station located near the ADO bus terminal. Look for a collectivo heading towards Playa del Carmen or any direction south along the coast. Get on the collectivo, which is a shared van, and inform the driver that you want to go to the Riviera Maya. The collectivo will drop you off at various points along the Riviera Maya route, allowing you to explore different areas. Make sure to ask the driver where the best drop-off points are based on what you want to see.
