Getting there

Bicycle

From the center of Tulum, head north on Avenida Tulum. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto Carretera Tulum-Coba. Continue on this road for approximately 4 kilometers until you reach the junction with Carretera Chetumal Puerto Juárez. Turn right and follow the road for about 5 kilometers. Xel-Há Park will be on your right, look for the entrance with clear signage.

Collectivo

From the main bus station in Tulum, walk to the nearest collectivo stop, which is located on Avenida Tulum near the junction with the main road. Take a collectivo towards Playa del Carmen, and ask the driver to drop you off at Xel-Há Park. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they stop at Xel-Há Park before boarding.

Taxi

To take a taxi to Xel-Há Park, find a taxi stand in the center of Tulum. Communicate to the driver that you want to go to Xel-Há Park, located on Carretera Chetumal Puerto Juárez Km 240. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. It's advisable to agree on the fare before starting your trip.
