Getting There

  • Bicycle

    From central Tulum, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops. Head south on Avenida Tulum until you reach the intersection with Avenida Cobá. Turn left onto Avenida Cobá and continue straight. Follow the signs for Tulum Beach, which will lead you to the coast. Once you reach the beach road, turn right and continue until you reach the junction with Camino a Punta Allen. Turn left onto Camino a Punta Allen and follow the road until you see Arco Maya on your right.

  • Walking

    If you prefer to walk, start from the main square in Tulum. Head south on Avenida Tulum until you reach Avenida Cobá. Turn left onto Avenida Cobá and continue straight until you reach the beach road. Once you reach the beach road, turn right and continue walking until you reach the junction with Camino a Punta Allen. Turn left onto Camino a Punta Allen and walk along the road. Arco Maya will be on your right side.

  • Collective Van

    Find a collective van (colectivo) at one of the designated stops in Tulum, typically near the ADO bus station or along Avenida Tulum. Ask the driver to drop you off at Camino a Punta Allen. Once you arrive, walk along Camino a Punta Allen and look for Arco Maya, which will be on your right side.
