If you are driving from central Mexico City, take the 'Anillo Periférico' (Periférico Ring Road) heading northeast. Continue on the Anillo Periférico until you reach the junction with Highway 85D. Merge onto Highway 85D towards Pachuca. Stay on this highway for approximately 30 kilometers. Take the exit towards Carretera federal Mexico Tulancingo and follow the signs for San Martín Centro. After a few minutes, you will see 'Magic Balloons Mexico' on your right at Carretera federal Mexico Tulancingo - Francisco Villa.
