Puerto Vallarta Roundtrip Shuttle Airport Transfer

We had a miscommunication and our shuttle left without us. Lorenzo, who was the Gray Line Represenatative at Dreams Vallarta Bay went above and beyond to resolve the situation, even going so far as to pay out of his pocket to get us a cab to the airport. For having great employees like Lorenzo, I would highly recommend Gray Lines transportation. Jason
