Getting There

If you're starting from the Malecon (boardwalk), walk south along the boardwalk towards the south end of Puerto Vallarta. Continue walking until you reach the end of the Malecon. You will see a sign for Los Muertos Beach as you approach. From the Malecon, turn left onto Calle Malecon, which will lead you directly to the beach entrance.

Find a bus stop that serves the local buses heading towards the south side of Puerto Vallarta. Look for a bus with 'Zona Romantica' or 'Mismaloya' on its front. Board the bus and make sure to tell the driver you want to get off at Los Muertos Beach. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. After you disembark, follow the signs to the beach.
