If you're starting from Downtown Bay City, head east on Center Avenue towards the Saginaw River. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Columbus Avenue. Turn left onto Columbus Avenue and walk for about 0.3 miles. You will see signs for Carroll Park as you approach the park entrance on your left.

From the Bay City Transit Center, take the Route 1 bus towards the Uptown Bay City area. Stay on the bus for approximately 10 minutes and get off at the Columbus Avenue & 1st Street stop. From there, walk north on Columbus Avenue for about 0.2 miles until you reach Carroll Park, which will be on your right.

If you have a bike, start from the Bay City Riverwalk. Cycle north along the river until you reach the intersection of the river and Columbus Avenue. Turn left onto Columbus Avenue and continue biking for about 0.5 miles. Carroll Park will be on your right, just after you pass the intersection with 4th Street.
