If you're starting from the Detroit People Mover station at Greektown, exit the station and head northwest on E Lafayette Blvd toward Woodward Ave. Continue straight until you reach Woodward Ave, then turn left. Walk along Woodward Ave for about 0.5 miles until you reach W Congress St. Turn right on W Congress St and continue walking until you reach Griswold St. Finally, turn left on Griswold St, and the Penobscot Building will be on your right at 645 Griswold St.
