The Frankenmuth Historical Museum will be on your right at 613 S Main St. Look for the large sign in front of the museum.

If you are near the Frankenmuth Visitor Center located at 635 S Main St, you can catch the Frankenmuth Shuttle, which operates on a fixed route. Board the shuttle heading south towards the main downtown area. Get off at the stop nearest to the Frankenmuth Historical Museum, which is located at 613 S Main St. The museum is just a short walk from the shuttle stop.
