Walking
If you are starting from downtown Bay City, head southeast on Center Avenue toward Madison Avenue. Continue on Center Avenue until you reach the intersection with South Euclid Avenue. Turn left onto South Euclid Avenue. Follow South Euclid Avenue for about 1.5 miles. You will pass through a residential area. As you approach the Discovery Preserve, look for the entrance located on your right at 1701 S Euclid Ave. The entrance is marked, and you will see signage indicating the preserve.

From the Bay City Riverwalk, head towards the East side of the river and continue along the riverfront trail. As you reach the intersection with Center Avenue, turn right and continue until you reach the intersection with South Euclid Avenue. Turn left onto South Euclid Avenue and bike straight for approximately 1.5 miles. The Discovery Preserve will be on your right at 1701 S Euclid Ave. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
