Walking
If you are in downtown Kalamazoo, start at the Kalamazoo Transportation Center located at 459 N Burdick St. Head north on Burdick St towards E Michigan Ave. Turn right onto E Michigan Ave and continue walking until you reach N Rose St. Turn left onto N Rose St and walk until you reach W Main St. Cross to the other side of W Main St and continue walking north. When you reach the intersection with N Drake Rd, turn right. Continue on N Drake Rd for about a mile; Drake Farmstead will be on your left at 927 N Drake Rd.

From downtown Kalamazoo, head to the Kalamazoo Transportation Center and take Metro Transit bus route 18 (Drake Road). Board the bus heading northbound. The bus will take you along Drake Rd. Get off at the stop closest to 927 N Drake Rd. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to reach the Drake Farmstead.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in downtown Kalamazoo. Start from the Kalamazoo Mall and head north to W Michigan Ave. Turn left onto W Michigan Ave and then right onto N Rose St. Continue on N Rose St until it merges with W Main St. Follow W Main St until you reach N Drake Rd, then turn right. Continue biking on N Drake Rd for about a mile; Drake Farmstead will be on your left at 927 N Drake Rd.
