From there, take Metro Transit bus number 9 (Oakland) towards Oakland Drive. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the exact times. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Oakland Dr and E. Cork St. From the bus stop, walk east along E. Cork St for a short distance until you reach Oakland Dr. Turn left onto Oakland Dr, and Woods Lake Park will be on your right at 2900 Oakland Dr.

    From downtown Kalamazoo, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-share programs. Head southeast on W. Michigan Ave, and then take a right on S. Park St. Continue until you reach E. Cork St, then turn left. Pedal straight for a few blocks until you reach Oakland Dr. Turn right onto Oakland Dr, and Woods Lake Park will be on your right at 2900 Oakland Dr. Enjoy the scenic ride along the tree-lined streets.
