Follow McClellan Avenue until you reach the entrance of the Harlow Lake Recreation Area, which will be on your left. Continue on McClellan Avenue, and look for signs indicating the Harlow Lake Recreation Area. Once you arrive at the entrance, you can park your bike and follow the walking trail to Carp River Falls.
