Follow McClellan Avenue until you reach the entrance of the Harlow Lake Recreation Area, which will be on your left. The entrance is marked, and you may need to walk a short distance into the park to find the trailhead leading to Carp River Falls.

Continue on McClellan Avenue, and look for signs indicating the Harlow Lake Recreation Area. Once you arrive at the entrance, you can park your bike and follow the walking trail to Carp River Falls.
