  • Walking

    Start at the Marquette Commons, located at 112 S Third St. Head west on W Washington St for two blocks until you reach N Third St. Turn right on N Third St and continue walking north until you reach W Fair Ave. Turn left onto W Fair Ave and walk for about 0.5 miles. Shiras Planetarium will be on your right at 1203 W Fair Ave.

    Catch the Marquette Transit Authority bus at the nearest stop to your location. You can take the Blue Line towards the Northern Michigan University. Stay on the bus for 5 stops, approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop near W Fair Ave and N Third St. From there, walk west on W Fair Ave for about 0.3 miles, and Shiras Planetarium will be on your left at 1203 W Fair Ave.
