Walking
From the center of Kolonia, head south towards the main road (Pohnpei Route 1). Continue walking along the route for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the Pwel Weita Road. Turn left onto Pwel Weita Road and continue for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass by local houses and small shops. After about 3 kilometers, you will see a small sign indicating the way to Nan Emp Waterfall. Follow the path leading into the forest for another 1 kilometer, and you will arrive at the waterfall.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Kolonia. Start at the main square and cycle south on Pohnpei Route 1 for about 1 kilometer. At the intersection with Pwel Weita Road, take a left. Continue cycling along Pwel Weita Road for around 3 kilometers. Look out for a sign directing you to Nan Emp Waterfall. Park your bicycle at the entrance and walk the remaining 1 kilometer through the forest trail to reach the waterfall.
