Car
If you are driving from central Big Woods, start on MN-38 N. Head north on MN-38 for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with Scenic Highway (County Road 7). Turn left onto Scenic Highway (CR-7) and continue for approximately 6 miles. Scenic State Park will be on your right, with the entrance located at PC7J+96, 56956 Scenic Hwy, Bigfork, MN 56628. There is no entrance fee for the park, but be sure to check for any parking fees if you plan to use the facilities.
Public Transportation
Currently, public transportation options are limited in this area. The nearest bus service is from the local transit authority, which operates routes to Bigfork. Check the local bus schedule for routes that may take you to Bigfork. Once in Bigfork, you would need to use a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to reach Scenic State Park, as it is approximately 6 miles from the town center. Be prepared for additional costs for the taxi or rideshare service, which may vary based on demand.
