From any location in the Central Lakes Region, head towards MN-6 N. Follow MN-6 N until you reach the intersection with US-2 E. Take US-2 E towards Grand Rapids. After approximately 45 miles, take the exit towards MN-38 N. Follow MN-38 N for about 30 miles until you arrive at the junction with MN-53 N. Turn left onto MN-53 N. Follow MN-53 N for around 25 miles, then take the exit for MN-11 W. After about 5 miles, turn right onto Orr-Buyck Rd. Continue on Orr-Buyck Rd for approximately 2 miles, and you will reach Kabetogama State Forest at 9397 Orr-Buyck Rd, Orr, MN 55771.
