If you are starting from the Duluth Public Library located at 520 W 2nd St, head west on W 2nd St until you reach the intersection with W Michigan St. Turn right (north) onto W Michigan St and continue walking. St. Louis County Historical will be on your left at 506 W Michigan St. The walk is approximately 0.5 miles and should take about 10-15 minutes.

From the Duluth Transit Center at 215 S 1st Ave W, take the bus route 11 heading toward West Duluth. Get off at the stop at W Michigan St & N 5th Ave W. From there, walk east on W Michigan St for about 2 blocks, and St. Louis County Historical will be on your right at 506 W Michigan St. This option takes about 20-30 minutes, depending on the bus schedule.
Biking
If you have access to a bike, start at Leif Erikson Park. Take the Lakewalk heading southeast to W 1st St. Turn left on W 1st St and continue until you hit W Michigan St. Turn right onto W Michigan St, and bike for about 1.5 miles. St. Louis County Historical will be on your left at 506 W Michigan St. This ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
