Walking
If you're starting from the downtown area of Mankato, head west on Riverfront Drive toward S 1st St. Continue on Riverfront Drive until you reach the intersection with S 2nd St. Turn left onto S 2nd St and head south. After a few blocks, you'll reach the intersection with W Main St. Here, turn right and continue west until you reach the intersection with S Victory Drive (MN-22). Cross S Victory Drive carefully and continue walking west on W 4th St. After a few more blocks, turn left onto Tanager Rd. Follow Tanager Rd until you reach Wings Over White Oaks Park at 660 Tanager Rd.

From downtown Mankato, you can take the Blue Line bus route that operates through the city. Board the bus at the nearest stop on Riverfront Drive. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at S Victory Drive and W 4th St. From there, transfer to the Green Line bus heading north. Get off at the stop closest to Tanager Rd. Walk east along Tanager Rd until you reach Wings Over White Oaks Park at 660 Tanager Rd.
