From downtown Mankato, walk to the Mankato Transit Hub located at 3rd Street and Riverfront Drive. Catch the Blue Line bus heading towards the River Hills Mall. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop near River Hills Mall. From there, transfer to the Bison Bus which operates seasonally to Minneopa State Park. The Bison Bus will take you directly to the park entrance.

Starting from downtown Mankato, head south on Riverfront Drive and follow it until you reach the intersection with Highway 68. Turn left onto Highway 68, which will take you towards Minneopa State Park. Continue straight for about 3 miles until you reach the park entrance.
