Public Transit - Bus
To reach Lake Harriet at 4135 W Lake Harriet Pkwy from downtown Minneapolis, start by heading to the Nicollet Mall transit hub. Catch the Metro Transit bus Route 6 heading towards 'W Lake St / 46th St.' Ride for about 15 minutes until you reach the 'Lake Harriet Parkway' stop. From there, walk south on W Lake Harriet Parkway for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the park entrance.
Walking
If you're close to Lake Harriet, you can simply walk to the park. Start from the nearest intersection or landmark, such as the intersection of W 36th St and Lake Harriet Parkway. Head south on Lake Harriet Parkway for about 10 minutes, and you'll find the entrance to Lake Harriet on your right at 4135 W Lake Harriet Pkwy.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a nearby Nice Ride station. Once you have a bike, head to the Midtown Greenway Trail and ride west towards Lake Harriet. Follow the bike path signs leading you to the park; it should take about 20 minutes. Once you reach Lake Harriet, you can park your bike at the bike racks located near the entrance.
