From downtown Saint Paul, you can take the Metro Transit bus route 74. Board the bus at the stop nearest to you and make sure to head towards the West St. Paul direction. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the stop at Marie Ave & Oakdale Ave. From there, walk south on Oakdale Ave for one block until you reach Marie Ave. Turn right onto Marie Ave, and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach 365 Marie Ave W, which is the Dodge Nature Center – Main Property.

If you prefer to bike, start from downtown Saint Paul and head south on Robert St. Follow Robert St until you reach the Mississippi River Boulevard. Turn left and follow the river until you reach the bridge at Southview Blvd. Cross the bridge and continue biking until you reach Marie Ave. Turn left on Marie Ave and bike for about 1 mile. The Dodge Nature Center – Main Property will be on your left at 365 Marie Ave W.
