    If you are starting from downtown Saint Paul, head southwest on W 7th St towards the Mississippi River. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with S Robert St. Turn left onto S Robert St and then take a right onto Harriet Island Rd. Follow Harriet Island Rd until you arrive at Harriet Island Regional Park, located at 49 Harriet Island Rd.

    From the downtown area, you can take the Metro Transit bus route 75. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop on W 7th St. You will want to travel towards the 'Smith Ave & 5th St' stop.
