Light Rail
If you're starting from downtown Saint Paul, walk to the Central Station Light Rail stop located at 280 E 4th St. Take the Blue Line towards Mall of America. Ride for about 30 minutes, and get off at the Nicollet Mall Station. From there, walk south along Nicollet Mall until you reach S 5th St. Turn left and walk east until you arrive at 350 S 5th St, Minneapolis.
Bus
From the downtown area in Saint Paul, head to the nearest bus stop and catch Metro Transit bus number 63 or 67 heading towards Minneapolis. Ride for about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic, and get off at the stop near 5th St and 2nd Ave S. Walk a short distance east along 5th St until you reach 350 S 5th St, Minneapolis.
Walking
If you are already in downtown Saint Paul, you can walk to the Municipal Building. Start at the Landmark Center at 75 W 5th St and head west on 5th St. Continue walking straight for approximately 1 mile until you cross the river into Minneapolis. The Municipal Building will be on your right at 350 S 5th St.
