From the Saint Paul Union Depot, exit the building and head northeast on Kellogg Blvd E toward S 4th St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 4th St E. Turn left onto 4th St E and walk for about 0.2 miles. You will find The Historic Minnesota Building Live/Work Flats located at 46 4th St E, on your left.

If you are near the Rice Park area, you can take the Metro Transit bus route 63. Board the bus at the Rice Park stop and travel east toward the downtown area. Get off at the 4th St E & Wabasha St stop. From there, walk west on 4th St E for about two blocks. The Historic Minnesota Building Live/Work Flats will be on your right at 46 4th St E.

If you prefer biking, you can start from the Mississippi Riverfront. Head west on the bike path toward downtown Saint Paul. Once you reach the intersection with 4th St E, turn left and continue biking for about 1 mile. Keep an eye out for the Historic Minnesota Building on your right at 46 4th St E.
