Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from downtown Winona, head north on Main Street until you reach the intersection with East 5th Street. Turn left onto East 5th Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Highway 61. Cross the highway and head toward the river. Follow the river north along the levee path until you reach Levee Park. From Levee Park, head east on East Broadway Street for about half a mile. After crossing the intersection with East 10th Street, continue straight until you reach Old Homer Road. Turn left onto Old Homer Road and follow it for about 1.5 miles. The Bunnell House will be on your right at 36016 Old Homer Rd.

• Biking

  Starting from downtown Winona, head north on Main Street and take a right onto East 5th Street. This road will take you to Highway 61. You can use the bike lane to carefully cross the highway. Once across, continue towards the riverfront and ride along the levee path. Continue north until you reach Levee Park. From there, take East Broadway Street eastward for approximately half a mile. After crossing East 10th Street, keep going straight until you reach Old Homer Road. Turn left and bike for about 1.5 miles until you see The Bunnell House on your right at 36016 Old Homer Rd.

• Public Transit (Bus)

  If using public transportation, start by walking to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Check the Winona public transit schedule for buses heading towards the northern neighborhoods. You may need to transfer at a main stop downtown. Look for a bus that stops near the intersection of Highway 61 and Old Homer Road. Once you arrive at the stop closest to Old Homer Road, walk along Old Homer Road heading north for about half a mile. The Bunnell House will be on your right at 36016 Old Homer Rd.
